OBJECTIVE
PIPE MASTERS, Welding and Industrial Maintenance Services, Lda (hereinafter referred to as Pipe Masters), as the entity responsible for the processing of personal data provided to it in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, commonly known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable national and community legislation, has adopted the Privacy Policy of Personal Data, published in this document, which establishes how it collects , keeps and treats the Personal Data, ensuring its confidentiality and security.
This Personal Data Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected, processed and stored by Pipe Masters through various forms and channels.
The user of the service (hereinafter referred to as the owner), when accessing areas that require personal data, called "Personal Data", should be aware of this Privacy Policy of Personal Data and the Terms and Conditions of use and supply of Pipe Masters services.

The owner guarantees that the personal data he provides are true and accurate and undertakes to notify any changes. Any damage caused to Pipe Masters or to any third party, by providing incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information on registration forms, will be entirely the responsibility of who introduced or provided.
RIGHTS OF THE OWNERS
The data protection legislation gives the owner the right of information about the purposes and treatments for which his data is destined, as well as to access, rectify, erase, limit the treatment, as well as the portability of his data and , yet to oppose automated individual decisions.

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Whenever there is no specific legal requirement, the Personal Data will be stored only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is intended. The length of time during which the data is saved depends on the purpose for which the information is processed.
