Founded in 2003, Pipe Masters is a young company devoted to the manufacture and assembly of metal structures, piping and industrial equipment, through modern implementation processes and innovative technologies.

Our production/service providing team consists of professional welders, pipe-fitters, locksmiths, mechanics, designers and assistants, among others, related to industrial maintenance and mechanical engineering.

Our priority is the ongoing training for our collaborators. These are some of the training courses they have recently attended: Health and safety at work; Safety passport; Spot welding: welding technology; EAM welding -111 - IIW Level 1 (1); EAM welding -111 - IIW Level 1 (2); Technical drawing: welded steel structures and groups (1); Managing stress and conflict management; Communication and teamwork; Metrology, etc.

Most of our welders are certified as professional welders by the corresponding entities, such as Bureau Veritas Certification (RINAVE) or the Portuguese Institute of Welding and Quality (Instituto de Soldadura e Qualidade - ISQ).

We are specialized in different welding processes, such as:- Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW welding) – Process 111 (manual metal arc welding) in carbon steel and stainless steel.- Gas metal arc welding / Flux-cored arc welding (GMAW/FCAW welding) – Processes 135, 136 and 138 in carbon steel and stainless steel.- Tungsten/inert-gas welding (TIG) – Process 141 in carbon steel and stainless steel.- Tungsten/inert-gas welding (TIG) – Process 141 in aluminium alloys.

At the operational level, the advantages of having specially trained collaborators allow PIPEMASTERS to increase productivity and profitability, to reduce costs by increasing work efficiency and to introduce us to our customers as a capital gain allowing them to increase the quality and satisfaction with the provided work.

EN ISO 3834-2

In an increasingly demanding and competitive industry, and with a view to optimizing the services provided and the activity carried out, we guarantee once again that being a Pipe Masters partner or customer is choosing quality, safety, organization and trust. The focus on the qualification of human resources has a strong impact on its area of ​​intervention. Quality control and qualification of welding processes at the manufacturing and maintenance level, as well as welders and welding operators, are of particular importance, so that since 2021 Pipe Masters has been certified by EN ISO 3834-2.

ISO 1090-2: 2018 EXC3

Ensuring factory production control complying with national and international legal requirements and complying with all prerequisites to place CE marking on our products, ensuring that the safety performance of structures is at the desired level, gain great importance. In this context, since 2021, Pipe Masters has been certified according to EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 and EN 1090-2:2018 by the execution class EXC3.
